Day-to-day you'll research independent hotels, hostels, and homestays in target regions; reach out via email, WhatsApp, and phone; walk owners through the (free) listing process and answer their questions; and build long-term relationships with partners. We're looking for someone with 1-3 years of B2B sales or hospitality experience, comfortable with cold outreach in English (additional languages a plus given the global scope), and excited about helping small property owners worldwide find long-stay guests.

Keep ezynomad.com running smoothly day-to-day. Responsibilities include managing the platform database (Supabase / Postgres), running SQL queries and reports, maintaining and updating website content, fixing bugs, ongoing site maintenance and support, reviewing and approving new property listings, and handling partner and customer support emails. We're looking for someone with strong SQL and database skills, solid general computing skills, and experience working with AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) is preferred. Detail-oriented, comfortable owning the technical health of a live product, and able to communicate clearly with non-technical partners.

The story

I'm a tech entrepreneur. I've also visited 36 countries, lived out of a backpack for months at a time, and learned the hard way that booking sites are built for tourists, not for people who actually stay.

Finding good options for long stays was the hardest part of every trip. A "monthly discount" on Airbnb that turns out to be 8%. A hostel that advertises "fast WiFi" and gets 4 Mbps on a Tuesday afternoon. A boutique hotel that won't let you check in early after a 14-hour flight. Anyone who's tried to live somewhere for a month knows the gap between travel brochure and reality.

Ezynomad.com is what I wished existed.

Every property is hand-vetted. Every long-stay discount is real. Hosts get direct contact with guests via WhatsApp from the moment a booking is confirmed. No fake reviews, no algorithmic mystery, no opaque pricing.

For travelers

How is Ezynomad different from Booking.com or Airbnb?

We're built specifically for long stays (a week or more). That means real long-stay discounts (30-50% off, not 10%), filters that matter to people staying a while (fast WiFi, kitchens, co-working, female-only floors), and direct WhatsApp contact with hosts. We curate, we don't aggregate.

Are the properties verified?

Every property is hand-vetted before going live. We talk to each host before they list. We're growing slowly on purpose because trust matters more than inventory size at this stage.

How do I contact the property after booking?

Right after you book, you'll see a "Contact host on WhatsApp" button on the confirmation page and in your email. One tap and you're chatting with the host directly. Most hosts reply within an hour during the day.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property. If a host cancels your booking, you receive a full refund within 5-10 business days. For customer-initiated cancellations, we're rolling out a self-serve flow soon. In the meantime, contact us or your host directly.

Can I book without creating an account?

You can book as a guest, but creating an account gives you booking history, the ability to save favorites, and faster checkout next time. Signup takes 30 seconds.

For property hosts

What does it cost to list?

Listing is free. We charge a 10% service fee on completed bookings, paid by the guest at checkout. There are no monthly fees, no listing fees, and no commission charged to you. You receive 100% of your listed price.

How long does it take to list a property?

Around 5 minutes. Property name, location, photos, room types and prices, amenities, and you're live. You can edit anything later from your partner dashboard.

How do payouts work?

Payouts are being activated as Stripe approves payment processing in your country. In the meantime, bookings are tracked in your dashboard and settled manually by our admin team. We're transparent about this; we'd rather grow slowly than make promises we can't keep on day one.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. From your partner dashboard, click any booking to open the detail view. There's a cancel option with a reason dropdown. The customer is notified by email automatically with the reason you provide.

What if I get a guest who isn't a good fit?

You have full control over your bookings. You can cancel for any reason with the customer receiving a clear explanation. If a guest is genuinely problematic, contact us and we'll handle it from our side too.

  • Ezynomad.com is a marketplace connecting travelers with property hosts. We facilitate bookings; the host is responsible for the stay.
  • We charge a 10% service fee on bookings, paid by the traveler at checkout. Hosts receive 100% of their listed price.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up or listing a property.
  • You agree not to use Ezynomad.com for any illegal purpose or to harass other users.
  • We reserve the right to remove listings or accounts that violate these terms.
  • We are not liable for the actions of hosts or guests; disputes should be resolved between the parties involved with our support if needed.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone, WhatsApp (you provide this on signup).
  • Booking information: details of your bookings, including dates and the property.
  • Communications: messages you send through our contact form or feedback channels.
  • Analytics: anonymous page views via Plausible. We do not use cookies for tracking.

What we share

  • Booking details are shared with the property host so they can prepare for your stay.
  • We never sell your data to third parties.
  • We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Netlify (hosting) as service providers.

Your rights

  • You can edit or delete your account anytime from your profile page.
  • You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing support@ezynomad.com.
